Ragnarok Online Palettes Problem Explained:

Until around 2016, there were no significant issues with sprites and colorizations.
Then mounts appeared, then new classes, then new sprites
then officials needed to repack everything, update, improve.

All this led to the fact that sprites for game clients after 2018 are broken.

What does “broken” mean?

You can use old sprites, they will work on some character (old)
But it will not work with mounts, or peko, or under other circumstances.

What restrictions exist?

1. Firstly, these palettes are for game clients of any emulator starting from 2018.
2. Secondly, these palettes are not compatible with various changes to character sprites. Not compatible at all.
3. Thirdly, HD mod sprites and so on cannot be used.
4. You undertake to keep the received files encrypted and only for your project.
5. It is forbidden to pass the palettes to anyone else.
